My 4 GCs could run one A/C for 2 hours. My 750W solar could add another 2 hours. Won't be much cycling when the A/C is cranking. Now the batteries are discharged and the sun is headed West. What do I do for the remaining 20 hours of the day? And what about the other A/C units?
Solution: Push the gen start button.
Even my A/C fan is rated at 1.5A - and thats 17 Ah DC.
I'm aware of after market solar/wind systems that are adequate for sustained comfort.
