Since the RV is 50A perhaps no damage. Unless of course there was an open neutral.
I've posted many times that every 50A RV should have a EMS as in full power protection to protect against an open neutral. I prefer the PI HW50C. Don't think twice about the cost, just do it. I've even had a open neutral once on a 30A pedestal and had 160V in the RV. Some would say that's not possible - the open neutral was in the CG power distribution which is 240/120V just like a home. The PI shut down the power long before I saw the display and ran to unplug.
