Yes you can run 2 A/C's if they are smaller and there is no start up problem. However the recommended sustained draw is 80% or 24A and A/Cs are certainly sustained. And you won't be able to run much else.
2 months in the Arizona summer at 100F+ you are very likely to have low voltage, tripped breakers etc. The dealer didn't know what they were selling - go get your money back and expect a fight.
