303 protectant on tires before or after Tire Wet?

I started to use 303 almost 20 years ago when only single formula was available.
At the time it was THE ONLY UV protectant, where others shines were tested to do damages to tires.
It is not lasting formula, but especially fiberglass looks way better with it applied.
Can't say its efficiency, but I do have more than one of 10 years old tires.
