3/4" 19mm Nylon Spiral Wrap Black

I used about 300' of this stuff on the Kelley II. 3/4" is the right size for 2/0, 3/0. and 4/0 inverter cable. But it works nicely for 1 and 2 gauge wire as well.

  • No wire insulation is as tough as Nylon. Not hypalon, not polyvinyl chloride, not Telzen, Kapton, nor Teflon
  • Nylon is a natural lubricant which just about stops abrasion in its tracks
  • Whoever decided to post an 80c temperature limit to nylon is nuts - I've had nylon last many years in a 300+F environment
  • Gasoline, oil, brake fluid, nothing touches it

Spiral wrap is dead easy to apply. Light-years easier to use than convoluted ribbed slit tubing. Just wrap around and around and around. Diagonal cutting pliers are needed to cut it to length. And it is utterly sun UV proof. A little large for panel wiring but a 300 lb man can jump up and down on the tubing and not hurt what's inside. A car can run over it 50 times and it will merely lightly scuff it.

And you ain't gonna find it anywhere else nowhere near this cheap.
