It's a very small fraction of what a proven system costs. Looking at the lead time for delivery, looks like it is coming from China or somewhere offshore.
Whether it works good or not, who knows. For 50 bucks, I would mount it next to my rv for a summer. I wouldn't go thru the effort or drill holes in my RV until I knew it worked.
