No doubt a scam, but as Mr. Wizard and Mex said, the original vendor has likely been screwed with by some unscrupulous huckster.

BFL, I noticed that too. I wonder why Eco-worthy would put together such a mis-matched system. Even 3 panels in parallel would be pushing it.
