So, it's been 2 months, and no delivery. eBay says seller is no longer registered on eBay. I opened a request with the resolution centre today... have to wait 'til May 7th to take the next step.

Lessee, 3 250 watt floodlights and a battery maintainer panel. Otter work.

I have yet to hear anything further, from ebay or the vendor, so I'm assuming the order will be delivered sometime over the next couple of weeks. If not, I'll check into it.
