I have found that using an impact wrench will help in removing rusted nuts and bolts. It vibrates the nut or bolt, and uses a repeated tapping instead of apply a great force and breaking bolt off. Also once bolt comes loose a little, then use Blaster as will have a chance to soak down around threads.
