460 thermostat housing bolts,,
Hi, Our old motor home is running almost to the hot line on temp gauge. I just tried to remove thermostat to replace it. Both bolts are rusted tight. I don't want to snap them off. Any one have a way ...

Hi, I got the new housing on. The 85 housing is aimed to the right side a little more than the one it came with but the hose still fit.
I think there is a loose ground to the gauges in the dash, all the gauges were acting weird so I hit on top of the dash and they all went back to normal.
Its hot out today and the temp gauge went up a little more than half way. Thermometer in the top of the radiator went to 185 at fast idle with the air running. So hopefully it will be OK.
