I would be looking at Outback inverter/chargers, and solve all your problems. THen for the 12 volts, I would either set up a pair of 140 watt solar panels and it's own controller, or install a 12 volt charger that runs on 120 volt output of the inverter, and only run that when required.
By installing a e-meter on the 12 volt battery bank, you can tell when it needs to be recharged or not. I have found that my 400 watt solar system can make up 120 AH daily. Also that my refrigerator, CO meter and propane detector get together and use about 35 AH daily, about what one of my 120 watt panels can make on a good day.
