So we're picking up our 16 Springdale 270LE next week. Pretty sure its 50amp. Most sites we go to are 30amp, which I'm ok with. But at home I only have a reg 15amp plug. Would it be better to get a 50-30 adaptor then a 30-15 and use both or get a separate 50-30 & 50-15?? Or am I overthinking things? With power I'd rather be safe and ask then sorry and omgfire!!! lol. I've seen a few Y adaptors with a 50 female and a 30 & 15 male. Would one of those work?? Thanks!

I made my own 20 amp extension cord for home. I then use my 50 amp cord with a 30 amp adapter as necesary.

The Y cable thingies are a bad idea, and won't work at all if you have a GFCI involved. (The problem is the neutral line, which is connected to both plugs. Quicksilver has a home-made adapter box with isolation relays and marine breakers. The penalty is multiple cords. All cords have TWIST LOC RV ends. Bought 1/4" Lexan plastic and cement online eBay.
