Li batteries have a limit as to how much power they can provide. A rule of thumb is a 100 amp-hour battery ought not be presented with a load greater than that number.
Since my microwave draws up to 210 amps @ 12 volts I would need three LI batteries.
Be very careful to find out the maximum draw on the LI jars. Exceed that number at your peril.
It is my understanding that not all LI batteries can be used in parallel (I may be wrong).
You need to do a LOT more research.
