The 60 Amp fuse is OEM and is 12 volt for charging the house batteries. I upgraded to a 2nd #8 charging path and both are protected by 50 amp automatic reset breakers. The most I ever "saw" being used was 77 amps--but occasionally I'd get no reading on the 100 amp meter.
I do have manual control over the relays.
I do know the Magnum 3012 hybrid inverter charger comes with a transfer switch rated at 60 amps. It has a time delay on connection while it does voodoo of some sort. It often "clicks" once and then allows connection on the second attempt to hook up to shore power.
