Yes divide by 10 rule. However the wattage the TV draws depends mostly picture brightness. Most have settable picture modes like Vivid, Standard, Movie, etc. where the watts is half on dull as on bright.
To save AH, pick the dullest setting you can stand. You save even more AH by turning off the lights in that room so the dull picture can now be seen.
