Impossible to tell without trying....but probably not because automotive electronics are supposed to be engineered up to 15 volts.
There is ABSOLUTELY no good reason to have two converter/chargers.....certainly not when one is a 70 amp unit with a "charge Wizard".
Replace your old converter. 70 amps probably is overkill but it should be just fine.....unless some of the wiring is too small. (oops now I've probably opened another can of worms !!)
When my "truck" is running, my batteries charge at about 14.3 volts and my inexpensive LEDs are all still working fine. But to be fair, the lights aren't on much while the truck is running.
