89 Fleetwood Southwind power vent fan - no 12V

Our kids have an old 89 Fleetwood Southwind coach on a Chevy chassis. I think it is a 33 foot model. The main cabin electric roof vent fan does not work. I have determined that there is no 12V at ...

Normally on an add on fan, the power comes from the closest fixture. Could it be on a switched (with a ceiling light) circuit?
