89 Fleetwood Southwind power vent fan - no 12V

Our kids have an old 89 Fleetwood Southwind coach on a Chevy chassis. I think it is a 33 foot model. The main cabin electric roof vent fan does not work. I have determined that there is no 12V at ...

I removed the bottom of the fan casing so I could see where the wires entered the fan enclosure. I used a DVM to measure the black and white wires before all of the controls. No power.

The plunger switch might be bad, but I checked for power before the switch.
