9.6 volts at battery plugged in
Ok my lights are real dim and I only have 9.6 volts at the battery I went to fuse box and only have 9.6 volts there also is converter my issue all fuses are good.

Please tell us what rig you have (batteries, converter, plugged into 15 amp/30 amp/50 amp, etc).
Clearly you DO have a problem. Could be battery, could be converter, could be 120 VAC supply to converter.......
