9.6 volts at battery plugged in
Ok my lights are real dim and I only have 9.6 volts at the battery I went to fuse box and only have 9.6 volts there also is converter my issue all fuses are good.

Are you connected to shore power? Does the AC unit or microwave work?
If connected to shore power and the ac/microwave work, it could be a converter issue. Check to see if it has reverse polarity fuses. Use a volt meter to check converter output.
