9.6 volts at battery plugged in
Ok my lights are real dim and I only have 9.6 volts at the battery I went to fuse box and only have 9.6 volts there also is converter my issue all fuses are good.

If on shore power converter has failed and batteries are drained
(OR AC to converter is tripped and batteries are drained)
If not on shore power batteries are drained and need charged ASAP
