I have no doubt it will,,the clean air is just one positive aspect of driving EVs,,
Its the COST per mile that beats internal combustion completely

Couple bucks worth of electrons give you 100 miles in EV,,
how much does even the most eficient diesel cost for same distance?

But, in the end there will be one system. Adapter is a bad word when comes to consumers. It needs to be just like a gasoline nozzle, simple.

I agree. It’s not really a big pain but they cost money too. I think our level 2 Tesla adapter wS 150 bucks. It has been handy though. There are a number of places that only have Tesla destination chargers. Us early adapters have to be prepared. :)
