Matt, - getting rid of low-voltage stuff doesn't in itself create any energy, but getting rid of high-wattage stuff does.
When fulltiming, it all comes down to how much energy you COLLECT AND USE daily, not how much you can store. But for campers - yes, I can see how Li would help.
People running A/C off Li battery in that big Class A or 5-er - few posts earlier - still need to put something in there, before running it. Or they have to run back to shore power, or again burn fuel to generate energy. 1,400W solar sure helps filling the gap, though not completely, and not when you need 2,200W A/C every day for many hours.
