Curious as to why you say the park "refused" to reserve you a 50 amp space. Were they full and actually didn't have a 50 amp site available to reserve when you made your reservation? And is your rig actually a 50amp rig in the first place? If it isn't, I can understand why a park with a limited number of 50 amp spaces would refuse to reserve one for a rig that can only use a 30 amp connection.
If the service wiring is the problem, the 50 amp space voltage is going to be low also. Could it be the problem is at the pedestal and moving to a different 30 amp site would solve your problem? If the voltage is low throughout the park, find another park.
