Have you checked the pedestal connection, to see that it is clean, and a snug fit. If it isn't, maybe get the camp service guy to clean it up. If loose fit/worn, it can help to use a stretch strap to hold it. It could be dropping to less than 107 at start up. I would run fridge on propane, and keep other electric use to a minimum, until you get it figured out.
If lots of units drawing at new camp, with maybe older electric than previous camp, could be the problem.
