A/C 57915.622 not turning on

I have the above AC on a coachman motor home. The unit will not respond when the stat is in the auto position. When turned to the on positing the fan only kicks on. The thermostat id's brand new and was told by an RV tech that really the only other thing it could be is the circuit board (3106996.022) I would like to know that I'm on the right track before I dump another $65 dollar on it. Can anyone help with some info please?

    Most A/C issues I've had are with the start capacitor, but I don't remember if it controlled the motor or compressor. My Dometic has had several replaced. Since your motor seems OK, capacitor might not be the repair direction to go.

    No, it stopped working and was originally hold that it was the stat so I replaced it. Still nothing
