AC compressor won't run, tried new cap, 83 VAC at terminals

We have a 2004 Springdale and our AC compressor stopped working 6 months ago. The fa works, but compressor does not come on. I read some RV forums and replaced the starting capacitor with a Supco SPP...

This will do it for now, a human controlled relay, I enjoy cold air! Until the new part arrives.
