You fixed it but not long term. RVP is now installing blue locktite on the mount screws. They have a problem with those screws backing out and when that happens (you were lucky), the motor then starts bouncing and the fan blade then either cuts the condenser and just breaks. Use your bamboo and remove each rubber foot and add the locktite on each of the 3 mounts. Yes, the problem IS a warranty if within the warranty period. But, you seem to know how to do it so why waste time taking it in. Doug
