I just removed my a/c by myself. I am 65 and small stature. I removed it for a minor repair to the roof. Just got it off to the side. Rolled it up on it's side this thing is 10 yrs old and the rubber seal was like new. This trailer has been in southern Az it's entire life. No need to replace it if it's not damaged. Don't ask how many times I went up & down that ladder getting it aligned. Went back together easily. No big deal. Also the rubber was not stuck to the roof, lifted right off.
