While you are waiting for a better answer I'd pull the t/s, figure out what wiring goes to what device ie. heat or a/c and disconnect them from the t/s. Then I would jumper them (between heat and power or a/c and power) one at a time to see what happens. Use alligator clips or something that stays connected by itself to get around any delays in starting. If all goes well it's the t/s which it probably is anyway.
