From looking at the distribution panel, I'd guess there are two termination slots for wire clips, one for optional switched accessories and one for optional lamps.
As others, the wiring of your camera sounds like the basis of your troubles. Have someone put a switch on that wire in an accessible location.
very hard to find an owner manual including fuse set up for a 1989 pace arrow. ive found some things online and I even have some manuals i should probably upload for other people, but no fuse info so far.
