Ac/DC tv cables

I think I should perhaps be more explicit. The two cords I mentioned are two distinct cords. They each plug into the female receptacle in the back of the tv. They are straight cords, meaning that they do not have the so-called brick. Since the tv came with a removeable stand, the 110 power cord can be attached should the user want to use the tv in the home, where 12 volts would not be available, while the 12 volt cord can be used mostly in the motorhome. The only problem I have is that I have to unplug the tv when used in the motorhome because the red light in the front of the tv remains on as long as I have the house batteries connected, or I can also press the disconnect switch.
