On my boat I used to have, I used 1500 W oven with single 80 amph battery and 1200W inverter.
I always used it with engine running, but boat alternator had 30 amp breaker (that never popped).
The 1200 inverter would power 1500 W oven for about 7 minutes before it overheated, but that was enough to get food warm.
Obviously I did not use it on daily bases, but had the same battery for about 3 years before it sold with the boat.
