The Voc of a 12v panel is ~22v, times 3 is 66v which is less than 100vDC.
The 12/24/36/48 is the output or battery 'system' voltage, you are good on that at '12v' batteries. This is what mppt does, it takes the mppt voltage (3 x ~17 = 51v) and transforms it to battery 'system' voltage.
Adding your panel in series will add ~10a in full sun. The controller looks at the combined input, it scans it and determines where the current max power pt is and forces the panels to operate at that voltage until it does another scan of the panels and readjusts. Max power is then transformed to batt voltage to charge.
Ideally you would use identical panels in series, yours are close enough IMO.
