I recommend a 300 watt mounted next to or behind the 120v-12v distribution panel. Pull 12v from the main feed to the battery. Use a small $50 transfer switch in the branch circuit that connects to the tv. If 300w is too small... get a new led flat screen tv already. $3,500 is crazy talk to run a tv.
