Added a propane quick adapter - grill won't stay lit

Try just removing all the regulators. I found that they were all attached with common pipe fittings and it was cheap and easy to adapt the male QD fittings to them.
Then I added a remale QD fitting to one of the regulators I took off and I can use that to run any appliance off a bulk cylinder.
