Your inverter is capable of pulling 600/12= 50a, which is a lot for a 12v panel. (I don't think those are 51w fuses...lol) With surging for motors, could go higher than that.
What are you running with the inverter?
Just small things like a laptop charger and smaller things. Nothing like a hairdryer or things like that.
