A high-wattage inverter presents a two-pronged goal - balancing the battery discharge then feeding the inverter from the paralleled banks.
A total wire distance of 12' cries for 2/0 gauge minimum for such an endeavor. My bus has a similar setup. I used my 600-amp buss bar, fed the alternator-load-inverter wires then split off two positives each going to a dedicated bank. This keeps voltages equal.
