Adding More Solar Panels

I have 505w now
Replacing THREE panels will change this to 685w
Replacing all would put me over 1kw
But I can't afford to do that right now, besides the cost of the panels, I would need 80 amps of controller output, and I really don't want to parallel three 30 amp controllers
I don't think the Solar 30 can handle 685w worth of panels, by its lonesome
The Xantrex C40 can,
I will look at the posted links, the view star looks interesting
Considering my battery situation
No batteries in the immediate future, unless I can get some more surplus AGMs
And yes most days float would be a moot issue
But hot weather is starting up, and the generator will be running the A/C soon, predicting 96F today, with solar and converter and a high vtabs setting, I could be holding the batteries at 14.? For 6 hours or more in temps near 100F

Yeah considering summer, ANY single setting controller should be set to 13.8
In the winter I could raise that if need be
