Again, I would cycle the new batteries on their own first. You cant make the old batteries more like the new batteries. You need to make the new batteries more like the old batteries. The new batteries wont be more like what they are going to be like until they are cycled several times. After they are cycled several times they will act more like the older batteries. The old batteries are not shot or weak. They are broke in and working fine. The new ones wont act like they have much OOMPH until they have been cycled and broken in. I would try to introduce them when they act the most alike. That's about as anal or picky as you can get about doing this.
Or, just hook them up in a balanced manner and carry on. Maybe even check the SG on the whole pack after several cycles and document it. Then see how they perform and come back and let us know how it worked out. Some of us in here dont think we know everything and are always interested. We'll try to remember who you are as it will probably be along time and many of us are old.
