Actually I expect a working AGM battery yet dying in run time might be recovered somewhat but I have never had an AGM in that state of condition.
I do know new AGM's that ship DRY state to bring to a full charge with the caps OFF after the electrolyte initially then seal the battery.
I am curious as to which AGMs are shipped dry. I have never heard of any. :@
