Good price. The big question is the efficiency compared to running an inverter and plugging in a wall brick into AC.
One obvious problem with this converter - you can only run one DC device at a time. I hate wall bricks - they usually provide poor quality DC, but with wall bricks you can run many DC devices at a time - laptop, phone charger, rechargeable drill or vacuum, and plug each one where it's more convenient as AC receptacles are plentiful.
