Sure regulates speed better when the voltage is perfectly regulated.
Amps and power increase up hills and drop when descending for a more constant speed than even my fancy controller that cost double.

Looks like a 3,000 Kelvin color temperature. Any available in 5,000 K? I assume this is a 60 watt lamp. Can't see the decimal point.
Since then I added a voltage regulator pre-dimmer that's dialed up to the max rated current for the LED''s when the dimmer is on full bright.
