Two days ago, I paralleled the pm4b-45 with the 40a vec1093dbd for 85a into my 430Ah bank of four 6's, starting at 70%soc, no sweat.
Amps began tapering right around the 80% soc (-86Ah) mark.

A simple way to find out if you got a 75a unit is to parallel it with a 25a charger, and see if the bank accepts all 100a. You could always video tape it, and send it to Randy... seeing is believing.
