L, it is very likely you may need to consider a nice 24V system to provide power for your 120VAC device(s). Until this is settled you might want to hold off buying any 12V based equipment.

My apologies. I could have kept my dreaming in my head for the moment.
Honestly, ultimately, I think the goal is the same. I want a power solution that allows me to run my cooker, and potentially future appliances etc.
The price tag has gotten bigger and bigger, and I'm ok with that. I am researching the alternator bracket, and hope to buy tomorrow, as well as a solid inverter. Will keep you posted.
