Interpreting Mex can be challenging, you've been warned :). Another take on "hotel service": self-discharge current.
Though I think Don Piano has come the closest - standby draw and fridge. Anything that draws current in your room when it looks like "everything" is off.
With limited roof real estate I would get whatever gives me maximum total wattage. Unless you go portable route.
Of 2 arrays with same wattage I would choose polycrystalline over monocrystalline.
If more than one panel, they should be same or very close in specs.

Looks like there are more options from around $160 for 100 watt to $300 for 180 watt (suggestions welcome).
