100w/100v/1A, 2 in parallel.
Add to that the the controller (both mppt/pwm) go into regulation almost intermediately cuz it only takes ~2+A to get into regulation.
So now we can compare them! The ON pulse of the MPPT will be 100v/100w, the off pulse will be 100+v/ZeroW.
The on pulse of the PMW will be batt v/~2+A, the off pulse will be 100+v/ZeroW.
The pulse width would be different but the battery which cannot accept more than ~2+A (by definition of this example), 'tells' the controllers when to send a pulse and for how long!

Even Victron does an unfair comparison, they compare higher voltage panel to 12v, otherwise the black line would fall off like the 13,14,15v lines do when Vmp is less than batt V.

the light blue line is 90% compared to the 100% black line!
