Yes. Best deal out here now is these guys for the 320w panel (about .73/w US, and for the 160w panel about 1.19/w US) not counting shipping. It sure helps if you are close enough to collect stuff yourself so no shipping cost.

John makes an interesting cost comparison for using a lower cost 24 with PWM at 12 and just getting Isc. I would do the comparison he also suggests, using cost per amps to the battery with the higher cost MPPT but more amps to the battery. The trick is to get a low cost MPPT instead of one of those expensive ones. (But not a fake MPPT like you see sometimes on Ebay :( )
