So Bulk is when the regulator stays "on" for continuous input instead of just being on enough to maintain Vabs. We think of Bulk as being prior to Absorb, but here it also comes after.
So what is that business where the controller does not return to Bulk unless battery voltage falls to a set amount like 12.x? That way there can be quite a while it is in Absorb or Float but still do high amps to meet any demand before battery gets that low. In that graph, battery voltage was still over 13 when it went to Bulk.
EDIT ok the Tracer if in Absorb will "reconnect" if battery voltage gets down to 13.2v
In Float it will still run loads etc to max solar available until battery voltage reaches a "Recharge Voltage" and it will go to Bulk Can't see what that voltage is.
So two different things
