Hello All,
My current dual purpose has been losing charge (leading to inverter warning while driving/cooking), which is adding some urgency.
Below's what I'm thinking.
When you add connectors, wiring etc. (maybe $40?), that puts the project at a total price ticket of about $635.
I'd love to get some feedback and then maybe pull the triggers tomorrow night.
I think I'll block out some time and try the alternator conversion myself, perhaps next week. If that fails, I can get mechanic help.

This battery is about the max size that I can fit inside underneath my current shelving. Anything bigger would have to immediately go under the rig - adding cost/time. I could save about $80 if I went to the 100 ah (?).
2. Solar Panel - Renogy 100 watt 5.75A lsc panel - $143.11

I can only really fit up to 32" x 54" comfortably with my current roof setup. It would be nice to find a panel that's a little bigger with some more output (this ones is 47" x 21"). Solar Blvd is out of almost all panels, FYI, and not getting more until March.
I have been unable to find a more powerful panel that's still under 54" wide (?) ...
